Refund policy

At Clera Skin, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and personal care reasons, used skincare products and opened personal care items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
